Philadelphia Naval Support Activity

The NSA Philadelphia compound serves approximately 5,000 federal military, civilian and contracted employees assigned to about 30 tenant activities or commands. The largest of these are the Defense Supply Center-Philadelphia, with approximately 2,000 personnel; and the Naval Inventory Control Point (Philadelphia) with approximately 1,500 personnel.

NSA Philadelphia supports a physical plant of about 60 buildings containing approximately 1,500,000 square feet of administrative workspace and about 700,000 square feet of warehousing. The facility also maintains approximately 10 military housing units, 200,010 square yards of paved roadway, 10 miles of water line, 10 miles of sewer line and 10 miles of communications lines.
